Unprofessional?

A realtor told me they would come to my house between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.  I left the house and was gone during that time.  At 2:00 PM I returned to the house assuming the visitors had come, looked around and gone.

At 2:20 a stranger knocked at the door.  At this point I'd started a movie and was eating lunch.  I didn't know the person so I didn't answer the door.  I then received a call.  The person at the door was the person who was supposed to view between one and two.

At this moment of discovery I hear the man's voice as he enters my house.  I shout that I am still at home and he asks if I am "decent."  I am not by my standards, but I am clothed.  My hair is a mess and I have cat hair all over my shirt.

The man and his client come into the kitchen and I offer to vacate but the man says there is no need, and shows the client around while I sit in the dining room, unsure what else to do with myself.  They stay for maybe five minutes, tops.

Either the woman didn't really like the house at all, or she felt sheepish at the awkward encounter and intrusion.  Perhaps both?

In my opinion, this behavior was rather unprofessional of the realtor.  What made it worse was that he didn't bother to call and tell me that he hadn't made it to the house and would still like to view it but would run twenty minutes late.

::sigh::
